About 8 hours. The video only caught the first 3 hours because it ran out of memory.

Are you using the timelapse feature on your phone? Or are you recording the entire 8 hours then speeding it up in post edit?

Sped up in edit. After 3 hours of recording, phone "dinged" with a notice that I was almost out of memory. I sped up the footage in a free video editor YouCut.
